1. Supply you with a written estimate, and that repair costs will not exceed it by 10% without notification and your approval.

2. Provide you with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on all parts and labor. (Westside Transmission exceeds the AAA-standard and supplies an 18 month warranty.)

3. Create a free maintenance report upon request, detailing any potential problems that may contribute to breakdown.

4. Return any replaced parts to you upon request, guaranteeing fair service.

5. Use only ASE-certified technicians who can explain repairs simply and clearly.

6. Have our transmission repair shop inspected by AAA every 60 to 90 days for ongoing quality assurance.

7. Agree to mediation by AAA in the event of any dispute with clients, and be bound to AAA's decision regarding service.
