My first time to use this facility and I am quite impressed. The service was excellent and price was reasonable with extra guarantee on parts and labor. More important was that Jack took the time to explain about the job they are doing, followed up by phone call for an update and car was ready when they said it is ready for pick up and clean too. Very friendly folks. What happened was two days after I pick up my Mercedes from the dealer for scheduled maintenance, the engine light came on prompting me to return it for additional check up. Service advisor told me that I have to replace either the manifold gasket or manifold itself, and estimated about $2, 000 to do it. That's when I asked the AAA and they give me a list of approved service centers. They said they heard good things about Westside Transmission. And so I went. They took care of the problem and it was not the manifold, and it costs me not even a TENTH of the dealer quote. They are honest. I will start using them for service from now on.
