Westside Transmission is reliable, fast, and courteous. Difficult to do better!

Westside Transmission & Automotive Inc. (WTA) did a fantastic job repairing my car. On two occasions, my car had to come to WTA. The first time I had placed my car at another shop after picking it up from the shop and driving it for one hour, the car would not shift into park. The vehicle was towed to the WTA. Through their superb work, it was discovered the other shop had made a significant mistake and caused the engine to shift and push the transmission out of place. Steven took the time to communicate with the other shop, and they repaired the car. I noticed when driving the car, there was a hesitation when the transmission had to change gears. The warrant on my car sent me back to WTA for services. I went back to the shop without any reluctance because of the outstanding service I previously experience. Upon my arrival, I had the pleasure of dealing with Steven for the 2nd time. Through the excellent services, it was discovered that I needed a new transmission. The replacement of the transmission got approved and was fully paid for by the warrant. In the process of them working on my car, it was discovered that the same company that previously caused damage to my car had created another problem. Without that problem being repaired, the transmission could not be installed. Once again, Steven called the other auto mechanic shop, and they paid for the problem they created. The services you receive at WTA are exceptional, and the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to provide the best assistance possible. Steven took the time to talk to me, explain the process, and communicate with another shop that created problems with my car. Thank you for a fantastic experience. In my decades of car ownership, I've never had a mechanic follow up on a repair. I'm happy to say that Westside proved the quality of their work and warranty by calling about a week after I collected my car. Needless to say, the problems were all fixed!

These guys were so incredibly helpful - they were honest, quick, and helped to educate. I definitely recommend them if you purchased through Carvana like I did because they were really savvy with helping to get things done that were covered in the warranty, which I really appreciate. I already have an appointment to go back and will definitely be going here for all my maintenance in the future.
