Good service

I have been using Westside Transmission for over three years. I find them very cooperative very explanatory and very satisfying. I’ve had no problems with them and will continue to use them.

Great shop. They seemed to know very well what they are doing. They kept me informed of everything and I had no surprises. They are AAA authorized which I really liked. I recommend them.

Great service. I got a good feeling about them when I called. The guy I spoke with was very knowledgeable. It was important for me to get my issue resolved quickly as I need my car to get back and forth to work. I brought my car in the morning and was out by the afternoon. The pricing was explained well and I found it to be fair. They only use factory or better parts which I really liked as I am not in the mood to go through this again. They give a 2 year warranty which I think is great.

I was very pleased with how quickly and pleasantly the front rotors and shocks were handled on my BMW. A great shop!
