I highly recommend Jack and the team at Westside Transmission. Jack is an extremely sharp, highly knowledgeable, straight shooter. He's direct with a side of a perfectionist-- which when it comes to mechanics is a good thing. He listens and treats you with respect and he patiently goes over the repair(s) even if you have numerous questions. As a woman, I can not tell you how much I appreciate that. Initially I went there with my Volvo for a second opinion on my transmission back in 2011. I had done my research and this shop was the best with AAA approval. I was told I needed a new transmission or else... Well Jack ran some tests and the transmission was fine. (It still is.) He found the real problem which was minor and had nothing to do with the transmission and, he even fixed a few small lights at no charge. Now I just go straight to Westside for all of my service and repair needs. They always do a superior job in a timely manner. If you value your car and your time and you want the job done right the first time go to Westside Transmission.

Great Service, corteous, good price!

Followed through with everything they said they would do, no more noises from the transmission after a full rebuild. They even threw in a couple extra parts that needed replacement that they didn't catch at first, for free. Pretty close to their estimated finish time on the job.
