I had Westside Transmission do a lot of work on my Cadillac. They installed power steering, a new transmission, a radiator, and many other parts. I spent a lot of money with them but it was money well spent, my Cadillac is in mint condition. Bryan is a great man and he provided me with some quality customer service. He did a great job on my car. Thanks!

I have been taking my vehicles to Westside Transmission since 2000. We have two Honda's and a van that we take to them. We have also had cars in the past that had some strange problems that were difficult to diagnose. The technician there has always been able to trace the problem down. The prices are also very fair and the turn around time is quick. Overall, they are just very nice people. I have recommended them to many people over the years. All of them are just as happy as I am. Their customer service is fantastic!

I have been going to Westside Transmission to do check-ups and service on my cars for years now. Jack, the owner, is great and he always gives me a recommendation on what needs to be done and he offers fair pricing. They have serviced everything from a Lincoln town car to a Toyota corolla to a Chrysler and they always do a good job. I wouldn't continue to come back if their work wasn't this good!

It started when I had to call AAA to have my car towed and they brought it to Westside Transmission. My starter had broken down and Westside had actually found other things wrong. they went out of their way to find what was wrong, such as, we found out the steering column needed new parts. After that, I discovered they did more than just standard service and after making me feel so comfortable, I went back. They go out of their way to make sure I'm happy and satisfied. They actually rented a car for me (and paid for it) when a part they ordered ended up being defected. A month or two ago, they replaced the timing belt and other worn out parts. I would definitely go back to them again. B. Scott

Reliable place - I found Westside after getting quoted an obscene amount from South Bay Mini to repair a part of my 2008 Mini Coop. The tech team assessed my car, called me on time to communicate what was going on and what was needed, quoted me a fair price (4x less than South Bay Mini), and kept me updated throughout the process. My AAA discount was applied and I picked my car up on time, in great condition and haven't had any problems in the weeks following. I purposely waited awhile until I wrote this review to ensure there were no additional issues with my car.As a female, I recommend Westside Transmission.

I first found out about Westside Transmission 6 months ago when I moved from Florida. We had some car trouble and Triple A recommended them. Honestly I've had so many issues with my car because it's an old car and I kid you not, I had to take it in three times in the past month. This most recent time there was a part that had malfunctioned which ended up damaging other parts. They were so nice and didn't charge me to replace it. They always work around my schedule perfectly (I am a student and work 30 hours a week) and I feel I get good value. They're the first company that really seems to truly care. I always feel like they're really personal with me and don't make me feel like I'm just a customer.I've been recommending them to all of my friends. In fact I have them on my speed dial, they're in my favorites!

My car had a used transmission on its last legs and Westside Transmission were very honest with what they could do. They were honest about all the risks of getting another used transmission. I'm also glad I put in the extra amount of money for them to prediagnose the car because they found other issues as well. They still discounted me hundreds of dollars to help me out because the issues were bigger than they originally quoted. They're very reliable, especially, to other 2nd rate services like the one I went to before I went to Westside.

Westside Transmission were referred to me by a friend for a very expensive rebuilding of the transmission of my car. My car was very rare so most transmission shops can't or won't repair it and Westside is kind of know for doing that kind of thing. They didn't charge me extra either so the whole thing was at a great value. Excellent communication with quick but quality service. They were also responsive to my subsequent response for service and didn't charge me extra.

It was my first time using Westside Transmission. My car was dead and they fixed it, it was just a little bit pricey. It was more expensive than going somewhere else but they did a good job and were very professional overall.

I had a great experience with Westside Transmission. When my car died, the initial car service people were telling me that the transmission was bad. So I contacted Westside Transmission since it was on the AAA's list of recommended places, and the problem turned out to be something entirely different. They gave me an estimated service time that was 1-2 days off, but they were still very pleasant. Everything was fixed and the car is now running fine.
