My car had a used transmission on its last legs and Westside Transmission were very honest with what they could do. They were honest about all the risks of getting another used transmission. I'm also glad I put in the extra amount of money for them to prediagnose the car because they found other issues as well. They still discounted me hundreds of dollars to help me out because the issues were bigger than they originally quoted. They're very reliable, especially, to other 2nd rate services like the one I went to before I went to Westside.

Westside Transmission were referred to me by a friend for a very expensive rebuilding of the transmission of my car. My car was very rare so most transmission shops can't or won't repair it and Westside is kind of know for doing that kind of thing. They didn't charge me extra either so the whole thing was at a great value. Excellent communication with quick but quality service. They were also responsive to my subsequent response for service and didn't charge me extra.

It was my first time using Westside Transmission. My car was dead and they fixed it, it was just a little bit pricey. It was more expensive than going somewhere else but they did a good job and were very professional overall.

I had a great experience with Westside Transmission.When my car died, the initial car service people were telling me that the transmission was bad. So I contacted Westside Transmission since it was on the AAA's list of recommended places, and the problem turned out to be something entirely different.They gave me an estimated service time that was 1-2 days off, but they were still very pleasant. Everything was fixed and the car is now running fine.

Westside Transmission is full of very nice and helpful individuals. When I took my car in, they had it for a full week and then I finally got it back this past friday. I took it back in yesterday because things didn't feel right. But they are wonderfully gracious, they took it for a couple test drives and didn't find anything wrong with it. But I understand its an old car so I understand that there will be a lot of problems with it. I have put a lot of money into it so hopefully everything works out OK.

Westside Transmission rebuilt my transmission on an '04 Porsche. Brian was the guy that I talked with and he was very thorough and answered all my questions. He was easily available and made sure everything was taken care of. He really helped me out with fixing work that was done before that wasn't done properly that other companies couldn't fix properly.

My transmission needed to be replaced. I called a few mechanics around the area including some outside the area in an effort to save some money. I spoke with Jack and he was very informative. He really seemed to know the details and what he is doing. Since his price was competitive I decided to bite the bullet and send my car in. I am happy to report that it is running great plus I didn't get any surprise charges (which I was really afraid of). great service. I recommend.

Westside Transmission is a very personable place. They are accommodating, understanding, and able to do excellent work. They never overestimate or underestimate how long it will take for me to get my car back. If you call, you'll get somebody right away. These things make them stand out to me.

I'm incredibly happy that I found Westside to do the job of replacing my entire transmission. I have an all-wheel drive Cadillac, so it's special. They handled it perfectly.

Westside Transmission rebuilt my transmission. I've been driving it for a week and so far it's been fine. The people were very pleasant. They seemed very knowledgeable and they were easy to talk to. They did good work.They were good people to work with as far as getting the job done as well. It was timely. In fact, they finished the job earlier than expected. The only thing was that they were slightly above their estimate as far as cost goes.
