I brought in a vehicle that most other shops wouldn't touch (1981 International Harvester 4x4 short bus!) Jack scratched his head at first, but decided that they would give it a try. Not only did he try, but he did an amazing job at a reasonable price. There are those times when you are talking to someone and you get that impression that they really know what they're doing. He's one of those guys. I would definitely recommend this shop for service on your vehicle

I trust only Jack to fix my old Mercedes. It has great sentimental value for me and my dad before me was already bringing the car to him. He is very knowledgeable and always find what's wrong real quick. Also, there is an Enterprise facility right next to its garage where I always get good prices while he is fixing my car. Finding a good, honest mechanic has always been difficult. Many years ago I worked as a mechanic, and have firsthand knowledge about some of the hacks out there. Jack at Westside is tops! Being very knowledgeable about cars, I ask a lot of questions and even challenge Jack on some issues. He's always patient and explains everything that needs to be done, as detailed as you need. As far as the work goes - top notch. Jack goes the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction. After a transmission rebuild on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, there was an intermittent issue with my overdrive. Jack painstakingly troubleshot the tranny and discovered one of the new parts was defective. He replaced at no charge. He's also rebuilt my front axle, and I would have complete trust in Jack for any future repairs.

I've taken in my Honda Odyssey a few times for various services and have always been extremely pleased with the results and the level of service I received. Jack is so caring and really takes time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend Westside Transmission!

I don't know much about cars except to get in start the engine and drive, so the mechanic could tell me anything. I was very please with the work done. He explained everything to me so I would understand what needed to be done and then discussed with me what he thought would be the best route for the repair. My car runs great and it didn't make too much of a dent in my pocket.

Westside transmission was highly recommended by AAA, they were very professional and explained what needed to be done in simple words (which i'm not a custom to when it comes to auto repair), they stood by their estimate and my car was ready within 2 days. My car runs like new again, i would highly recommend Westside Transmission to anyone that need transmission work.

I had a 2004 Toyota camry that disn't shift properly and made a load noise. So i went to westside and the manager Jack had the guy out the car on a lift and remove the transmiission pan, which i saw had some metal pieces in it. So they told me the price to install a rebuilt transmission and 2 days later, the car drove like it was new. I was treated very nice and i thought the prices he charged was very fair.

I had good success with my Audi A8 here. The highest measure of a business is what they do when you have a problem. It took three rebuilds to determine there was a flaw in the housing. They worked on it without complaint or cost each time. When they found the defect, they replaced the housing at their cost. The rebuild has been working without issues for 2 years and 20,000 miles. I will use them for any future transmission work and give them the highest marks.
